Description
The RD RIDEN RD6024 is a powerful and versatile DC-DC adjustable step-down voltage bench power supply designed for a wide range of applications, including battery charging, lab testing, and electronic repairs. With an output of 60V and 24A, this converter efficiently steps down voltage for various devices and components, ensuring precise voltage regulation.
This high-performance unit can handle loads up to 1200W or 1500W, making it ideal for both professional and DIY use. Equipped with a buck converter, the RD6024 enables smooth DC voltage conversion, ensuring stable output even under heavy loads. The power supply is suitable for a variety of DC devices and provides flexibility with adjustable voltage and current settings for specific needs.
Perfect for hobbyists, engineers, and technicians, the RD6024 power supply offers high efficiency, reliability, and precision for your projects.
Note about the noise about 1200W and 1500W PSU:
1. There is a high-frequency noise when the switching power supply is unloaded, Due to the large output power range of the product, in order to reduce the power consumption of the switching power supply when no-load, the PWM control chip will jump some control cycles. Assume that the original working frequency is 60KHZ. If there are more skipping cycles, the working frequency will be reduced to less than 20KHZ. This Sometimes a noise audible to human ears is produced. The size of this noise is also related to the production process of the transformer. Since the winding and paint impregnation of each transformer’s coil are slightly different, the noise of each product’s operation is slightly different.
2. There is a loud sound when the fan is running; when the ambient temperature is high, the fan may work even if it is unloaded.
These are normal phenomena. It is recommended to turn off the AC switch when the product is not in use! If you mind it, please do not buy it.
NOTE:
1. 1200W PSU is 1200W under 220V AC input, but it is only 1000W under 110V AC input, please be careful when choosing PSU
2. 1500W PSU is 1500W under 220V AC input, but it is only 1200W under 110V AC input, please be careful when choosing PSU
3. “RD6024 EU set 1140W” option is RD6024 assembled set with 230V EU plug AC power cord, it can output 60V 24A separately, but the max output power is1140W max, so it cannot output 60V 24A at the same time, it is RU warehouse stock so only RU area customer can make the order
